Strategic planning is the blueprint for the future of your firm – defining the direction and making decisions for the allocation of resources in order to pursue a particular course of action or multiple angles. This interactive, hands-on session provides attendees with tools to guide a successful strategic planning initiative—addressing the roles of research, internal collaboration, and implementation—that set direction, feed growth, and provides flexibility to address market distractions.
